Covid-19 Updates

4/1/2021 (Latest Update)

Ready to do something dirty? We sure are! We are happy to announce that tours will resume on 4/14/2021. We are following county guidelines and ask everyone to wear a mask while on tour (our guides and staff will be doing the same). Please note that out of an abundance of caution, we are no longer providing rental clothes for tours so make sure whatever you wear can get wet, dirty and stained with Kauai red dirt. We can’t wait to ride again with all of you!  – Aloha

1/4/2020

We look forward to reopening our tours in early Spring. Until then, have a happy and safe 2021 – Aloha!

12/5/2020

Due to recent changes in Covid travel restrictions to Kauai, we have made the difficult decision to delay our reopening until after the new year. All incoming travelers to Kauai are now subject to a mandatory 14 day quarantine. Though temporary, we know this will impact guests who have plans with us for the holiday season. Please contact [email protected] to make changes to or cancel any reservations for December and January. Mahalo for your support.

For more information on travel guidelines, please check the Kauai County Covid-19 site.

8/31/2020

The mandatory 14-day quarantine remains in effect through 9/30/2020. Updated travel and quarantine information to Hawaii and Kauai can be found HERE. Our tours will remain closed until further notice. We look forward to hitting the trails again soon!

6/21/2020

In response to Hawaii’s re-opening plan which requires a mandatory 14-day quarantine for all incoming travelers through July 31st, we have adjusted our projected open date to 9/1/2020. If you have a scheduled tour with us for the summer months and booked directly online you may cancel at any time. If you have booked with a third-party reseller, please cancel or reschedule with them directly.  If you have questions, please email us at [email protected] We wish everyone a happy and healthy summer and look forward to riding again soon!

5/18/2020

Today Hawai‘i Governor Ige released the 8th supplemental emergency proclamation which extends the 14-day quarantine for travelers arriving in the State of Hawai‘i, as well as for inter-island travelers through June 30. We are currently taking reservations starting July 1st but will update our availability according to state and county re-opening and recovery plans. For visitors planning a trip to Kaua’i this summer, please check The Hawaii Tourism Authority for all the latest travel guidelines. We are looking forward to a safe and fun summer and can’t wait to hit the trails again soon!

3/23/19

We are following state and county guidelines and have ceased all tour operations. Our entire staff is also following guidelines to shelter at home. We will not be answering phone calls during this time. If you have questions regarding your reservation, please contact us via email at [email protected]. If you have billing questions, please email [email protected]. Mahalo and stay safe.

3/18/2020

Aloha, Everyone

Like each of us pivoting to cope with the emerging Covid-19 pandemic, foremost in our concern is the safety of our family and friends, our ‘ohana.

Nothing is more important than the health and well-being of our team and you, our guests. Therefore we have decided to suspend our daily tour operations until April 15, 2020. During this time we will be following Hawaii state guidelines and continue to monitor and update our staff and guests as information becomes available.

In the coming days, our reservation team (or the company you booked with) will be contacting you about canceling your reservation. If you booked with us online, you can cancel your reservation at any time.

Mahalo for your support and mālama pono (take care of yourself) in the uncertain times that lie ahead of us.
